CLUBWORKS ROLE
Ausie Tarver is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience driving people and organizational strategy across Fortune 50 companies and mid-sized enterprises. She joined ClubWorks as Vice President of Human Resources in November 2025.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Before joining ClubWorks, Ausie founded Archera Human Resources, where she led as President and Fractional CHRO, supporting growing organizations across Florida with employees throughout the U.S. Earlier in her career, Ausie held leadership roles within a Fortune 50 telecommunications, technology, and media company; served as an HR Consultant and Business Partner with an outsourced HR organization; and directed benefits and human resources departments.
CERTIFICATIONS & RECOGNITIONS
Ausie holds an MBA in Strategic Management and is SHRM-CP and PHR certified. She has held multiple leadership roles with SHRM at the national, state, and local levels, including Treasurer, Legislative Affairs Director, Board Member, Director of Workplace Blueprint, and SHRM-A Team Representative.
PERSONAL LIFE
Ausie enjoys all the beauty life in the Sunshine State has to offer with her husband, Dan, their children, and their Boston Terrier.
