CLUBWORKS ROLE
Tracy Hanford provides senior-level strategic marketing leadership to ClubWorks through her role with Buffalo Groupe, where she serves as Vice President of Strategy. Under the Buffalo–ClubWorks agreement, she fulfills the marketing function for ClubWorks—overseeing brand strategy, messaging, and multi-firm collaboration.
She serves as the connection point between the ClubWorks Partners and Buffalo’s integrated marketing capabilities, leveraging brand strategy, creative services, digital execution, PR, research, and storytelling to amplify visibility, strengthen partner alignment, and elevate ClubWorks and the partner firms’ brand across the industry.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Tracy has held senior marketing and client-service roles within leading golf and hospitality organizations, including Buffalo Groupe, Troon, Indigo Golf Partners, and Billy Casper Golf, where she led initiatives that supported course operations, membership growth, and brand expansion.
Before relocating to the United States, Tracy built a strong foundation in content strategy and communications through roles in the South African media and publishing sector, collaborating with CNBC Africa, Maverick Magazine (Daily Maverick), Fleet Street Marketing, and Academic Marketing Services.
CERTIFICATIONS & RECOGNITIONS
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and an Honors degree in Strategic Management from the University of Johannesburg. She is an active mentor with Pacific Community Ventures, supporting small-business owners nationwide, and serves on the Young Men’s Service League Philanthropic Committee, helping strengthen community-based service programs.

Born and raised in South Africa, Tracy brings global perspective, energy, and authenticity to her work. She loves the outdoors, sunshine, and traveling, and enjoys spending time with her family.
