Kyle Ragsdale

CLUBWORKS ROLE
Kyle is Chief Executive Officer of ClubWorks and is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction, growth initiatives, and operational execution. With nearly 35 years of experience in sports marketing and business leadership, he has spent the last 15 years developing deep expertise in the power of golf and hospitality as an engagement platform. Ragsdale joined the ClubWorks Board of Directors following the merger of ClubWorks and Buffalo Groupe, a company he co-founded in 2019.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to ClubWorks, Kyle served as Chief Executive Officer of Buffalo Groupe, where he led the 2019 spinoff from Billy Casper Golf and guided the firm’s development into an award-winning integrated marketing collective serving leading brands across golf, hospitality, sport, and lifestyle. Under his leadership, the organization expanded to nearly 100 professionals across research, creative, digital, web, advertising, social media, public relations, and event services.

Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Billy Casper Golf and held senior executive leadership roles at Vox Media, where he oversaw revenue, marketing, and finance during a period of significant growth. He also served as Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs at Georgetown University and taught sports marketing as an adjunct faculty member.

CERTIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
Kyle holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.

PERSONAL LIFE
Originally from California and raised in southwest Missouri, Kyle resides in the Washington, D.C., area with his wife, two children, a demanding French bulldog, and a horse named Paul.
