CLUBWORKS ROLE
In July 2025, Darby Nicholas joined the ClubWorks team as a Senior Accountant, bringing extensive experience in financial operations across organizations, high-volume e-commerce environments, and fast-growing companies. In her role, she supports all ClubWorks accounting platforms, optimizing reporting and ClubWorks partner support, and works closely with the Controller to ensure seamless financial operations.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Darby Nichols is a Senior Accountant with extensive experience supporting financial operations across multi-entity organizations, high-volume e-commerce environments, and rapidly growing companies. Darby’s background includes several years of accounting experience with both private companies and state government. Darby plays a key role in ensuring accurate month-end close processes, maintaining the general ledger, managing full-cycle AP/AR, and overseeing complex reconciliations across multiple systems and legal entities. She also supports system improvements and operational efficiency, contributing to the rollout of Ramp and assisting in NetSuite ERP implementation through configuration and data.
CERTIFICATIONS & RECOGNITIONS
Darby holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a finance collateral from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
