ClubWorks’ investment in GGA will help further accelerate the expansion of GGA’s service offerings, including strategy and operations consulting, transaction advisory, executive search and advanced analytics services. GGA’s leadership team, who are committed to the continued growth of the ClubWorks platform, will add further expertise to the ClubWorks Board of Directors. The acquisition is expected to close in March 2023.
